Michael Collins was a Lyran Commonwealth military scientist during the War of 3039.[1]
History[edit]
Collins assisted in the investigation of samples of sophisticated alloys, captured by the Lyran Intelligence Corps on Kervil during its invasion in the War of 3039, which were being mass produced by the Draconis Combine. He presented his findings to Archon Melissa Steiner-Davion and First Prince Hanse Davion on 13 June 3039.[1]
