Mila Vandroogenbroeck was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Thirty-fifth Infantry Division from at least 2759 to 2764.[1]

Based with her Division on the Taurian Concordat world Laconis, Vandroogenbroeck gained a positive reputation with the local population, after contributing her unit's capabilities to rebuild the planet's capital city after a strong hurricane in 2759.[1]
