Nibara Tsukuda was a MechWarrior of the Draconis Combine.
History[edit]
Tsukuda's homeworld was Kirei Na Niwa. He joint the DCMS and became a member of the Fifth Sword of Light, in command of the Fire Lance of Crimson Blade Company.[1]
