After ComStar imposed an interdiction upon the Federated Suns during the Fourth Succession War, Precentor Nivolas Frent , the ComStar representative to Des Arc, would make a public speeches blaming the attitude of House Davion for forcing ComStar to take such actions. The planetary populace would riot and hang the members of House Banderson as the representatives of Davion control on the Federated Suns government.[1]
