Major General Patricia "Slicer" DeHavilen was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 92nd Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Using unexpected tactics to gain an overwhelming victory over the 55th Mechanized Infantry Division during Operation KOBALD wargames, DeHavilen's victory was notable enough to force the replacement of the 55th's command staff, and make DeHavilen herself a rising star within the SLDF's 11th Army.[1]
