Petroff Haveson was the commanding officer of the Twelfth Deneb Light Cavalry as of 3025.[1]

Marshal Haveson, serving with the Twelfth Deneb Light Cavalry, was stationed on Galatia III in 3025.[1]
During the Fourth Succession War, Haveson and the Twelfth DLC were stationed on David when it was invaded by the Ninth Dieron Regulars and Brion's Legion in 3029. The DLC's initial attempts to use its speed to disengage from at least one of the opposing units failed, leading Haveson to issue a command ordering his troops to stand and fight using the local rocky terrain as cover. When Brion's Legion made the first move, its commander Colonel Pythonius Brion quickly ordered his forces to halt as they came upon what appeared to be a vibrabomb minefield. Brion's decision to personally investigate the fake minefield allowed Haveson's soldiers to identify and annihilate the enemy commander, leading Brion's Legion to immediately retreat. When the Forty-first Avalon Hussars subsequently arrived on David in late June, the Ninth Dieron Regulars elected to retreat in the face of overwhelming odds.[2]
