Rhonda Gladdens was the senior tech just because she is the most experienced tech on payroll. Overworked and short of parts, the team she leads (four techs and four astechs) is fighting a losing battle. They are doing their best, but she knows they are not going to be able to keep the 'Mechs operational for much longer.[1][2]
