Samuel Wong was a Capellan Ambassador during the reign of Chancellor Salicia Liao.[1]

Ambassador Wong was the author of Private Conversations, a written work, published by Capellan Institute Press in 2575. In this book, Wong reproduced a letter from Salicia Liao, in which she explained why she refused to marry the ugly Federated Suns First Prince Terril Davion.[1]
