Stuart Archer was the commanding officer of the Second Oriente Aerospace ("Archer's Arrows") of the Second Oriente Hussars as of 3059. [1]

Commodore Archer, serving with the Second Oriente Hussars' aerospace wing, was stationed on Oriente in 3059 and remained there by 3067.[1][2]
