The Secret Struggle: ComStar in the Succession Wars was a historical look at ComStar's manipulation of the Great Houses during the Succession Wars Era, including Conrad Toyama's decision to facilitate the repatriation of Ilsa Liao's body during the Second Succession War in order to bolster the Capellan Confederation's resolve and draw out the fighting between the Confederation and the Federated Suns.[1]
