Tiberius Archibald was a personal aide to Hector Rowe.[1]

Tiberius Archibald wrote a book titled My Story that was published in 2251 by Cadence Press. He believed those responsible for making the biggest impact and changes in the course of human history were common, ordinary people being in the wrong place at the right time.[1]
Archibald more than likely was a member of Rowe's Theban Legion who departed Lucianca for the Periphery after their slaughter of the 151st Altairian Fusiliers in July 2244, becoming one of the first citizens of the new Rim Worlds Republic in 2250.[2]
