Tyrell Redfield was the commanding officer of the Redfield Renegades as of 3025.[1]

Colonel Redfield, serving with the Redfield Renegades under contract with the Federated Suns, was stationed on Demeter in 3025.[1]
During the War of 3039, Redfield's Renegades accompanied the Eighth Deneb Light Cavalry in its occupation of the Draconis Combine world of Sadachbia. While the planet was taken without a shot being fired, continued rumors regarding the invisible presence of unknown Ghost Regiments began to weigh heavily on the minds of the occupying soldiers.[2] The Renegades and Eighth DLC would ultimately abandon Sadachbia to the Ninth Dieron Regulars after receiving withdrawal orders in October, although pressure from the Ninth Dieron caused the process of retreat to stretch out into mid-December.[3]
