Uziel's Aces was a formerly active mercenary unit in the Dark Age era prior to becoming part of the Lone Wolves.[1]

Disaffected by the Republic of the Sphere's failure to protect its citizens, Lieutenant Uziel Erlich deserted from the Republic Armed Forces's Standing Guard in 3136. Heading to the Mercenary's Star of Galatea, Erlich founded the Uziel's Aces mercenary outfit and quickly found minor success with defensive contracts in the chaotic Dark Age.[1] [2]
Uziel's Aces peaked at company size when the Aces had a bad run-in with Clan forces, suffering heavy losses. The Ace's CO Erlich concluded that independent mercenary work was unsustainable and signed the remaining lance of the Aces up with the Lone Wolves mercenary collective, relishing the opportunities found in the Hinterlands.[1]
