Dr. Vanessa Markoja was, as of March 3133, a professor of archaeology at the University of Towne.[1]

Markoja led the University of Towne field archaeology team that examined a set of ruins off the coast of Towne's Brythunia province. These ruins, discovered in February 3133, were identified by March as what remained of a forgotten pre–C. Augustus Pons effort to settle Towne.[1]
