Victor Ohopko was the commanding officer of the Third Battalion of the Twenty-fifth Marik Militia as of 3059.[1]

Force Commander Ohopko, serving with the Twenty-fifth Marik Militia, was stationed on Dieudonne in 3059. A dour and taciturn man, Ohopko was a veteran of the Twenty-fifth Marik's battle on Cursa during the Andurien Secession which left him traumatized and (according to unconfirmed rumors) with an alcohol problem.[1]
