William James Rohm was the commanding officer of the Eighth Syrtis Fusiliers' Infantry Brigade as of 3062.[1]

Colonel Rohm, commanding the Eighth Syrtis Fusiliers' 390th Federation Mechanized Infantry Regiment, was stationed on Lothair in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Major General Rohm commanded the Eighth Fusiliers' Infantry Brigade on Genoa by 3067.[1]
