History
Early Life and Career
William was an officer of the AFFS for forty years.[1]
FedCom Civil War
In 3062 Count of Bluford Josiah Reese supported Katherine Steiner-Davion as the rightful ruler of the Federated Commonwealth. A portion of the Bluford Militia rebelled against this decision including Williams childhood friend Michael Otis.[2] William commanded the remainder of the loyalist militia in an operation to eliminate the rebel forces.
After the rebellion was put down William was promoted to Colonel and given command of the planetary militia.[3]
