Colonel Andrei Shostokovitch was [[Beta Regiment (Wolf's Dragoons)|Beta Regiment]]'s second commander. He was an extremely popular leader, having worked his way up through the ranks. "Shos" had a gruff, brash exterior that concealed a tremendous, if unorthodox, sense of humor.
