Jessup Winston was the head of the Department of the Army and Navy of the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth from at least 3050 through 3056.[1][2]
History[edit]
He wrote an internal memorandum on the usage of advanced technology in the Inner Sphere thanks for the Helm Memory Core retrieved by the Gray Death Legion and studied by the NAIS. In relation to the naval assets, he puts as an example the upgraded Gazelle-class DropShip refit being built by the Free Worlds League.[2]
