Ramier Van Houten was doctor working for NAIS in 3067.[1]
History
He was allegedly working with test-subject Clement Hutch, because his bat-like attributes (superhuman in many cases), would make him an excellent candidate for military Special Forces operations and would make cloning him to get super-soldiers very interesting. Though no other campus members had seen Clement, Ramier had most of the community against his experiments.[1]
