17th Skye Rangers

History

During the FedCom Civil War, the 17th Skye Rangers were pro-Victor. They got defeated on Lost and their remains tried to join Victor's task force. However Nondi Steiner pulled a political trick and talked Robert Kelswa-Steiner into ordering the 17th Skye Rangers to return to Skye instead.

In 3065, the 4th Skye Rangers, the 17th Skye Rangers, the 22nd Skye Rangers and the 32nd Lyran Guards tried to conquer Hesperus II, but were beaten back by the Grey Death Legion, 15th Lyran Guards and 36th Lyran Guards. The Skye forces had to retreat.

Composition

In 3065, the unit, although being officially a RCT, is reduced to a single Mech-Regiment.
