History

The Twenty-sixth Regulan Hussars are organized as an experiment in the Regulan Hussars. The MechWarriors in the Twenty-sixth all own their machines. As a result, the unit operates more like a mercenary battalion than a formal military unit. Any Dispossessed MechWarriors who remain with the unit as armor or infantry troops are offered first choice of captured 'Mechs.[1] In 3145 they were stationed on Hongqiao.[2]
