• Formed to incresase the defending force on Tikonov
• defending the planet against the AFFS in 2832-2833
• 2987 lost the command staff during an assault Tikonov
• remained since them on Tikonov

In the 4th Succession War the 2nd & 3rd battalion were destroyed in the failed defense of Tikonov and the 1st later surrendered on New Aragon where they took part in Operation Riposte.
