History
Post Tukayyid
The Cluster had moved to Luzerne by 3053. [1] In the winter of 3058/3059 they were joined by the 6th Striker Cluster with the aim of launching operations against Clan Ghost Bear. Possibly in retaliation for recent Bear aggression. [2]
Operation Bulldog
Wave Two
- Luzerne - Here it was attacked by the 208th ComStar Division and the 3rd Davion Guards RCT. [3] The fighting was bitter and drawn out, degenerating into three separate sieges which lasted into Wave Three before the cluster was destroyed. The few remaining officers were killed when their DropShip was shot down attempting to leave the planet.

Tactics
Technically a second-line Cluster, the Elite Fourth was considered one of the best of all the Jaguars PGC, able to fight and often win, against a wide array of front-line forces.

Rules
When deploying BattleMechs and Elementals, the Fourth PGC gains a +1 Initiative Bonus and no hidden enemy unit may use pointblank shots against them. [5]
