The Sixth Sun Zhang Academy Cadre was one of the Sun Zhang MechWarrior Academy's prestigious cadre units. Cadets assigned to the unit are put to the ultimate test by seeing real combat. Like all Sun Zhang Cadres, the Sixth was a free-floating regiment with no supporting regiments attached.

History

Star League

In 2765, the Sixth Sun Zhang Academy Cadre were stationed on Aldrecht and considered a "Light" Regiment. The Sixth remained on Aldrecht until the beginning of the First Succession War.[1][2]

Succession Wars

First Succession War

The Sixth Sun Zhang Academy Cadre participated in the fighting along the Federated Suns border. At some point during the First Succession War, the unit was destroyed.[3]
