The Admiral Arrastia was a DropShip of unspecified type, implicitly a cargo vessel. As of 24 August 3060 it sat at the Lootera spaceport on Huntress.[1]
Although it is not explicitly spelled out, context strongly suggests that the Admiral Arrastia was one of the DropShips operated by the merchant caste of the former Clan Smoke Jaguar; the entire merchant DropShip fleet had been grounded by the reformed Star League at the time following their conquest of Huntress. It is further implied that the Admiral Arrastia would be among the DropShips that the future Fidelis absconded with on that day.
