Ahmed Al-Hasar was the councilman of Shahhat circa 2890.[1]

He pursued his agenda to contact the Inner Sphere and obtain new technology and more JumpShips for the Providence.
After stealing an ancient JumpShip, they dissipated. The remains of a wrecked hulk were found at the zenith jump point of a worldless star in 3029.
