The Alfred Wegner was a JumpShip of unspecified type.

The Alfred Wegner was a terraforming vessel assigned to the Department of Mega-Engineering. Led by Doctor Emerett Bohr, the ship was involved in Project PISCES UMBRELLA and destroyed in an non disclosed planetary system by unknown forces that had somehow located them and sent a large number of hostile forces, a Pinto among them. Though the jumpship, led by captain Halabi tried to escape, and even contacted via Black Box their commanding officers, but help came to late.

The ships wreckage was found drifting in Project PISCES UMBRELLA target system in the 2 April 2765.[1]
