History
The Capellan Cuirassiers were stationed on Capricorn III in 2765. They were formed at the order of Chancellor Stephan Liao after he discovered how effective the 1st St. Ives Lancers were. The Cuirassiers were built and trained according to the same techniques as the First St. Ives Lancers, but the soldiers assigned to the regiment were drawn from across the Capellan Confederation. This insured their loyalty to the nation as a whole.[1]

Tactics
As they used the same training as the First St. Ives Lancers, the Cuirassiers probably used similar tactics.
