Overview
Celine Centrella was elected Magestrix following her mother's abdication on the strength of primogeniture, barely beating her sister Gorraine in the election.[2]
An alcoholic, Celine was the complete opposite of her mother, carrying out almost none of her duties as Magestrix. She died in a drunken fall after only two years on the throne and Gorraine was elected in her place.[2]
