Lieutenant General Clem Borden was the senior MechWarrior of the Star League Defense Force's 154th Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

A MechWarrior in a combat vehicle–focused Division, within the armor-focused XLII Corps, Borden tried to stanch the morale issues suffered by his fellow MechWarriors. During 2764 Borden sought to quash a number of transfer requests by MechWarriors, but it was thought his own transfer request would not be long in coming.[1]
