Overview

The Clutch of the Confederacy was formed prior to the blackout by students at Cella City Polytechnic on Genoa.

Since the Capellan invasion rendered many of their goals moot, the Clutch has been declining as a political movement.

Views and Opposition

The return of stolen Republic worlds to the Capellan Confederation, preferably through peaceful protest.

Leader

• Shi Qiang Guo, who was a literature professor at the university that was known for dressing in 23rd-century Neo-Ming fashion and cultivating an aloof demeanor.
