Conrad Humphreys was the third son of Catherine Humphreys.[1]
There is very little information about him. Notably, the 3071 source providing his birth year (2981) does not cite a year of death, suggesting he may still have been alive as of 3071.[2]
It is notable though that after the death of his mother, the Duchess of Andurien, in 3040 it was her fifth son and Conrad's youngest brother, Richard, who was considered her heir (even though following its forced reintegration into the Free Worlds League in the same year, the Duchy received a federally appointed regent, suspending Humphreys suzerainty over the Duchy until Richard's daughter eventually resumed it in 3048).[3] It is unclear why Richard, and not one of his older siblings, inherited the Duchy; they may have recused themselves or been considered ineligible for other reasons. Also, it is unknown if any of Richard's siblings had children.
