Star Colonel Cynthia Helmer was a Bloodnamed Clan Jade Falcon officer prior to Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Cynthia Helmer was the commanding officer of the Jade Falcon Guards prior to Operation REVIVAL. When Star Colonel Mar was given command of the Falcon Guards after an extraordinary career, Cynthia nominated the young officer for his Helmer Bloodname. Mar would ultimately claim his Bloodname after several lengthy and hard-fought battles, justifying Cynthia's sponsorship.[1]
