- In the Mercenary's Star (novel), Gunnar Ericksson tells Grayson Carlyle it was his grandfather that founded of the Ericksson family's AgroMech business, Ericksson-Agro.[1] In the next chapter the story notes it was Gunnar's great-grandfather, Olaf Ericksson, who established the company.[3]
