Gaius O'Reilly was the second ruler of the Marian Hegemony.
History
Gaius is primarily remembered for being Marius O'Reilly's father and for breaking his neck in a horseback riding accident. His reign was considered so unspectacular that few people aside from scholars could recall his name.[1]
