Great Hope (AKA The City of McEvedy) was Clan Wolverine's capital city on Circe.
History
In 2823, during the Annihilation of Clan Wolverine, operatives from Clan Widowmaker placed a nuclear warhead within Great Hope, and detonated it as ilKhan Nicholas Kerensky's party approached, making it look like the Wolverines were killing their own people.[1]
After the Annihilation of Clan Wolverine was complete, Nicholas Kerensky ordered the ruins of Great Hope bulldozed into the sea to remove all trace of it[2] and Circian Oaks planted where the city had stood, one for every life lost.[3]
