Admiral Harmom Kumar was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 6th Fleet as of 2764.[1]
History
Kumar was a 30 year naval veteran as of 2764, but after spending a year trying to bring the 6th Fleet's fractious Squadron commanders to cooperate, he decided to retire and requested to be replaced. He summarized his difficulties, including underperforming subordinates with significant political clout, in a report he sent to both Star League Naval Command and his replacement Admiral Ilse Huang-Sanchez.[1][2]
