A self-described "loyal-opposition" movement within the Lyran Alliance. Heimdall is covert and works to defend the people's liberties whenever it feels that the government has overstepped its bounds. Heimdall and the Lyran Alliance's intelligence division, Loki are often at odds over Loki's treatment of Lyran Alliance citizens.
History
Heimdall had some involvement in Alessandro Steiner's abdication, protecting Katrina Steiner from Loki assassins, and later aided Melissa Steiner-Davion's rescue from Kurita kidnappers at the start of the Fourth Succession War.[1]
