History
Formation
The IX Principes Guards (also known as the Ninth Principes) formed in 3084 and quickly saw action on Gan Singh. There they fought alongside the I Principes Guards, II Principes Guards, and the X Principes Guards. The Ninth actually lost their commanding officer during the Gan Singh campaign, and the Ninth fell under the command of the Tenth Principes Guards commander for the rest of that campaign.[1]
In 3085 the IX Principes is stationed on Kimball II in Prefecture IX of the Republic of the Sphere.[2]
