Ivan Toviesh was the manager of Raven's Roost, Cathay, Solaris City, Solaris VII.[1]
History
A member of the Bertolli family on Cathay, he managed one of their locals, Raven's Roost, which was a rundown bar and also the headquarters for the family. The second floor had been fortified because of this, and to increase security, he enforced a no-weapons policy in the establishment.[1]
