Jeffrey Collins participated in the Tikonov campaign of Operation RAT during the Fourth Succession War with the Second Crucis Lancers under Marshal Jackson Davion. Following the fall of the capital city of Tikograd, large numbers of Capellan forces retreated into the wilderness.
