Joe Bavros was the commanding officer of the Sixty-Seventh Garrison Cluster of Clan Nova Cat's Zeta Provisional Galaxy in 3062.[1]

Star Colonel Joe, serving with the Sixty-seventh Garrison Cluster, was stationed on Yamarovka in 3062. A survivor of Upsilon Provisional Galaxy's annihilation at the hands of Clan Jade Falcon, Joe shared his hated of the Falcons with Roj Deleportas' Omega Provisional Galaxy but rebuffed the senior officer's attempts to reach out.[1]
