Kieran Noruff was the commanding officer of the Third Wolf Lancers of Clan Wolf's Alpha Galaxy as of 3059.[1]

Star Colonel Kieran Noruff, serving with the Third Wolf Lancers, was stationed on Skandia in 3059.[1] Noruff still commanded the Third Lancers by 3067, although by this point the unit had been forced to relocate to Hyperion by Clan Ghost Bear assaults on Skandia and Gunzburg.[2]
