Kurnath Liao

Kurnath Liao (b. ???? - d. ????) was Chancellor for a brief time, but set up several events and agencies that would have long-lasting repercussions.

History

Though he was only Chancellor for four years, Kurnath Liao made the Chancellorship a permanent position, created the intelligence agency that would eventually become the Maskirovka, and started the Age of War when he sent the CCAF to take Andurien.
