Nulia Seth was the commanding officer of the Star League Defense Force Twenty-second Army Group.

Battle of Capolla[edit]
Seth issued orders for the First Army of the Twenty-second Army Group to form the CCXX Provisional Corps drawing three divisions from X Corps and three more from XXI Corps.[1]
