The Order of the Star was both a Star League award and a sodality of the award's recipients.

Description[edit]

Membership in the Order of the Star was the highest lifetime award available to both civilians and soldiers for advancing the Star League. The leader of the Order of the Star was the First Lord, and to have been chosen to become one of the one hundred Knights of the Star indicated that the chosen recipient's life was abounding with examples of their advancement of the Star League. The entitlements that came with being selected as a member of the Order of the Star included money, a grant of land, and the honor of sharing their opinions with the First Lord.[1]
