Ricard Pershaw was the commanding officer of the Star League Defense Force Twenty-second Army Group.

Battle of Capolla[edit]
In 2775 General Nulia Seth issued orders for the formation of the CCXX Provisional Corps, drawing three divisions from X Corps and three more from XXI Corps. Seth then placed Ricard Pershaw in command of the unit[1]
