Rolf Bjarnesson was the official Free Rasalhague Republic MRBC representative in 3053.[1] He was still the representative in 3054.[2]
Bjarnesson was quite skilled in military strategy, having written several dozen books on the subject. His friends called him "The General" for this and his military-like demeanor, despite his lack of military rank.[3]
