History[edit]

Andurien Conflict[edit]

In the Andurien Secession Conflict, it was suggested by some that the Gibson plant, while officially supporting the Free Worlds League rather than the rebel duchy, supplied Dame Catherine Humphreys of the renegade Duchy of Andurien. While no proof of these allegations was found, in 3032 Free Worlds League troops occupied Gibson and placed the 'Mech factories there under federal authority for the duration of the war,[1] retaining tight control until the conflict ended in 3040.[4] Samuel Humphreys' specific fate was not mentioned.
